The only bad thing about the game is that it is hardcoded to run at something like 25fps. It also has an awesome secret Scorched Earth clone, with nukes, bouncing lasers, repulsing magnets and helicopters. Strap into your Gencore Hawk fighter and try to remember all you learned as a Space Marine - you're gonna need everything you have. You can expect them to throw all their resources against you - and they won't pull any punches. The balancing of the 2P mode is interesting, because it doesn't change the number of enemies or anything, iirc, but basically gives each player literally half the weaponry you have in SP, one has the front guns, the other has the rear guns and external pods. Joining together is a little flawed, though, because then one player controls the ship and the other just fires some weapons.
There is a two-player mode where one uses the keyboard and the other the mouse, and you can link together to form one bigger ship.
